Service Description

Why pay more at the manufacturer? We fix nearly any mobile device at a lower cost—and we come to you! When booking your pickup appointment, just let us know the device and the issue. We do not need your passcode or access to your phone’s data. Your privacy is fully respected. Here’s how it works: - We’ll pick up your device at your scheduled time. - After we confirm the model and order the right parts. - Once we have your parts, the repair will take approximately 2 working hours. - Your fully repaired device will be returned after the fix. Cost: You’ll be charged for 2 labor hours + a travel fee (pickup and drop-off). General Service Terms & Rates Grand Opening Special: Enjoy our introductory rate of $25/hour per worker—available until Sunday, May 4th, 2025, when the standard rate of $35/hour per worker takes effect. Please Note: - All materials must be paid for by the customer. Jobs will not begin until materials are covered. - A $25 travel fee applies for jobs requiring one worker; for two or more workers, a flat $50 travel fee applies. - Pick-up and drop-off services are available at $25 each. - Additional workers may be assigned at the company’s discretion, though we’ll typically consult with you first.
