Service Description
We all click something we shouldn’t once in a while — it happens. What matters is how you fix it. Let us clean your computer and install trusted protection to help prevent it from happening again. Please note: a subscription is required for continued web protection. We are not affiliated with the protection software—we simply help facilitate the setup. Virus removal can take time, sometimes up to 8 hours, depending on the severity. For convenience, drop-off and pickup options are available. Due to the varying complexity of each system, we book appointments in 2-hour windows. If additional time is needed, we’ll schedule a follow-up — either the same day (if available) or on the next available date.
Terms & Services
Please Note: - Material cost must be paid up front. - Pick-up and drop-off services are available for a fee. - Appointments can be rebooked up to 1 hour prior, but preferably with 1 days notice. - Cancelations should not be booked any less then 48 hours prior. - More then two late cancelations in a row will result in a cancelation penalty being applied to the next service.
